facility for service repairs or body shop repairs should a need arise. It is
unlawful for any insurance company or other entity to represent to you that
you can only take your vehicle to certain repair facilities. In fact,
such a representation is a violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act
along with other Michigan Statutes.
